Return & Exchange Policy

RETURNS

Our policy lasts 7 days from the date you receive your order.

If 7 days has gone by since you have received your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

GRWN is not responsible for shipping charges, unless the product is damaged or a GRWN error.

RETURN CONDITIONS

Purchases must be returned from the original shipping country.

Items returned must be in their unused original condition with all GRWN item tags attached and any related accessories included.

Incomplete, damaged, worn, soiled or altered returns, or anything GRWN reasonably believes has been used, will not be accepted and therefore sent back to the customer.

REFUNDS

NO RETURNS , EXCHANGES ONLY items that are less than the original purchase are credited to your account. 

Delivery

All items, unless pre-order specific will be delivered within 8-10 business days. For any expedited services please contact us via email directly and we will be happy to assist you. Our dedicated team works diligently to ensure that all items are delivered within the specified timeframe of 5-7 business days.
